As we move through life the obvious and subtle programming we have received, as well as the experiences we have encountered along our lifes journey, begin to shape our perception of self and lead us to view the world through a perspective created from our beliefs, behaviours and unconscious processes.

Combining my understanding and experience with psychology and counselling skills, my clients have received help in areas such as dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, accidents, injury, PTSD, bereavement, addiction, assault, weight loss and long term health conditions. In addition motivation, empowerment, self development, goal setting and positive reinforcement. 

The mind can effect the body and the body can effect the mind. By starting to look at the mind in more detail we can begin to see where and how events in life have shaped us and I'm done cases become triggers for us now. When we are stressed, anxious, or upset, our body reacts physically. 

Prolonged exposure to an anxious/depressed/unhappy/demotivated state will condition the body into a heightened state of arousal, causing the mind to constantly be looking for threats or for things to support it feeling certain ways.  It can also have a debilitating effect on your thought processes, enjoyment and engagement with life.

My aim is to help you calm these cycles as quickly as possible, provide you insight, understanding and perspective, as well as offer you effective tools and techniques for using in the real world. For example in areas such as; challenging limiting beliefs, overcoming fears, anxiety, phobias, and overcoming grief.

Moving on from the past to create your future, can then allow focus to move on to developing new life strategies and making changes that can unlock your potential, provide clarity, and re-connect you to your Self.
